- Increase Rate by $0.25: 15 blockfaces (35%)
- Maintain Rate: 0 blockfaces (0%)
- Decrease Rate by $0.25: 28 blockfaces (65%)
Evening (36 metered blockfaces have meter-in-effect times past 6 PM)
- Increase Rate by $0.25: 16 blockfaces (45%)
- Maintain Rate: 8 blockfaces (22%)
- Decrease Rate by $0.25: 12 blockfaces (33%)
There are 7 meter rates during the daytime and 5 during the evening throughout Fells Point, ranging from $1.25 to $2.75.
