Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) of the Residential Permit Parking program (RPP) serves to provide customer service to participants of the RPP program. The CSR utilizes customer service skills and parking professional knowledge to assist customers navigate and participate in the process of acquiring residential parking permits. Assistance is provided over the phone, over email and in person.

Parking Planner II

We have two Parking Planner II positions available.

The Parking Planner II will examine parking issues at a neighborhood level and work with community stakeholders in developing solutions. The position will also conduct parking studies, evaluate on-street parking regulations, and provide recommendations to improve upon current operations. In addition, will collect and maintain data using GIS (Geographical Information System) and other software
