Starting July 2024, we are updating each Baltimore City-owned garage’s parking entrance/exit equipment (Parking Access Revenue and Control System or PARCS).

The new equipment will improve operations and your experience. Monthly contract parkers will have more options to enter and exit the garage including: 

  • Your current keycard 

  • QR code  

  • License Plate (at most locations; details to follow) 

Access to the garage will remain open during the transition.  Please be careful when entering and exiting the garage. Workers may be in the driveways during this time.
