Official Business Permit
About
The Official Business Permit (OBP) is granted to local government agencies and their agents. These permits provide access to metered parking for Baltimore City agency employees and their agents while conducting City business. The fee is $175 per permit.
Application Process
The application process for the fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025-June 30, 2026) has begun. DocuSign will again be used to process the application and payments this fiscal year. Download the instructions document on this website or by request.
